JOB APPLICANT INFORMATION NOTICE

IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

This Information Notice has been prepared by RAYTA AMUSEMENT CENTERS MANAGEMENT VISUAL ARTS COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION INDUSTRY TRADE INC. (“Company”) acting as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform. Our aim is to inform you about the methods of collecting your personal data, purposes of processing, transfer to third parties, legal reasons for processing, and your rights.

Pursuant to Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Our Company processes personal data by taking necessary security measures, primarily to protect the privacy of private life and fundamental rights and freedoms.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES

Due to your job application and candidacy, your identity, contact, and resume data, as well as identity and contact data of your references, and if you visit our premises for an interview, your physical space security data (camera recording) are processed for the following purposes:

Your photograph is processed for the purpose of conducting recruitment processes and is not mandatory for application.

• Evaluating your suitability for the position,
• Conducting interview, offer, and placement processes,
• Contacting you and your references,
• Evaluating your CV for future suitable positions if recruitment is not realized,
• Ensuring physical premises security.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 regarding the transfer of personal data;

• Your physical space security data (camera recordings) may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations upon request.

Your other personal data will not be transferred to any natural or legal person.

METHODS AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds specified in Article 5 of Law No. 6698:

• Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
• Being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Your personal data is collected automatically via our website and email systems, and non-automatically through the job application form.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Within the scope of Article 11 of Law No. 6698, everyone has the right to:

• Learn whether personal data is processed,
• Request information if personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,
• Know third parties to whom data is transferred,
• Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data,
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data,
• Object to adverse results arising from automated processing,
• Request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests and complaints in writing or electronically in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller via the “Data Subject Application Form” available at ‘www.raytaparkordu.com.tr’.

Written Applications:

You may send a signed copy of the form with identification documents by hand, via proxy, notary, or registered mail to: ‘Nizamettin Mahallesi Boztepe Küme Evleri No:59 Altinordu / ORDU’.

Electronic Applications:

Your requests will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.

Changes

The Company reserves the right to update this notice in line with legal amendments and board decisions.
