VISITOR INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING PHOTOGRAPHY

IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

This Information Notice has been prepared by RAYTA ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS MANAGEMENT VISUAL ARTS COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION INC. (“Company”) as the data controller in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

The purpose of this notice is to inform you about the methods of collecting your personal data, the purposes of processing, to whom and under which legal grounds your data may be transferred, and your rights under KVKK.

Our Company carries out personal data processing activities in compliance with KVKK and related legislation and takes necessary administrative and technical measures to ensure data security.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES

During the mountain sled ride in our facility, visual records may be captured through automated camera systems positioned along the track.

The obtained visual data;

• are generated automatically through automated systems as part of the service,
• are shown only to the relevant person after the ride,
• may be sold upon the request of the relevant person.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

As a rule, visual data is not shared with third parties.

In accordance with Article 8 and 5/2 of Law No. 6698, data may be transferred to authorized public institutions if explicitly required by law or to fulfill the legal obligations of the data controller, in compliance with applicable legislation.

METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION AND LEGAL BASIS

Personal data is obtained automatically and electronically through automated camera systems positioned on the mountain sled track.

The obtained visual data is processed;

• for the provision of the service, directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Article 5/2-c of Law No. 6698),
• for sale purposes upon the explicit consent of the individual (Article 5/1 of Law No. 6698).

If the photo is purchased, the visual data will be kept until the transaction is completed; if not purchased, the data will be automatically deleted by the system by the end of the same day.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Individuals have the right to;

• Learn whether their personal data is processed,
• Request information if processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred,
• Request correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data,
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data,
• Object to results arising from automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.

Applications can be submitted by filling out the Personal Data Subject Application Form at www.raytaparkordu.com.

For written requests;

The signed form, together with a document proving your identity, may be submitted in person, via a notarized power of attorney, or sent by registered mail to the Company’s address: ‘Nizamettin Mahallesi Boztepe Küme Evleri No:59, Altinordu / ORDU’.

For electronic requests;

The form can be signed using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature in accordance with the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sent to raytaeglencemerkezleri@hs01.kep.tr (KEP) or tuncay.karakas@raytapark.com.

Requests are processed within 30 (thirty) days. If the process incurs a cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board applies.

CHANGES

RAYTA ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS MANAGEMENT VISUAL ARTS COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION INC. reserves the right to update this notice in accordance with changes in relevant legislation or principles and decisions published by the Personal Data Protection Board. The updated version is always accessible at www.raytaparkordu.com.
