This disclosure text has been prepared by the data controller RAYTA ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS MANAGEMENT VISUAL ARTS COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION INDUSTRY TRADE INC. (Mersis No: 0734-2552-7820-0001) within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.
The activity of recording images through the camera system is carried out for the following purposes:
Image recording is carried out only in necessary areas; areas with high privacy (such as restrooms, dressing rooms, etc.) are not included in the monitoring scope. The number of cameras, their locations, and recording duration are determined in a limited and proportionate manner.
Warning signs stating “This area is monitored by camera” and camera warning symbols are placed in monitored areas, and the obligation to inform is fulfilled in accordance with KVKK Article 10.
Camera recordings are not shared with third parties except for legal obligations; however, they may be shared with judicial authorities or authorized public institutions upon request in accordance with the relevant legislation.
These personal data are processed automatically based on the legal grounds stated in Article 5 of Law No. 6698, namely ‘being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations’ and ‘being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject’. This process is also carried out in accordance with Law No. 5188 on Private Security Services and related regulations.
Within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which regulates the rights of the data subject, everyone has the right to:
• Learn whether personal data is processed,
• Request information if personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data and notification of this correction to third parties,
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data and notification of this to third parties,
• Object to outcomes arising from automated processing,
• Request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing,
have these rights.
Applications regarding these requests can be made in accordance with the Communiqué by filling out the Data Subject Application Form available at ‘www.raytaparkordu.com.tr’ and submitting it in writing or electronically.
If submitted in writing;
You may deliver the signed form together with identification documents personally, via a notary, through a notarized proxy, or by registered mail to ‘Nizamettin Neighborhood Boztepe Cluster Houses No:59 Altinordu / ORDU’.
If submitted electronically;
After signing the form with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature as defined in Law No. 5070, you may send it to raytaeglencemerkezleri@hs01.kep.tr (KEP) or tuncay.karakas@raytapark.com.
Your requests will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires cost, the tariff determined by the Board will be applied.
Changes
